This Buddha singing bowl features a patina finish, burnished Sanskrit details, and an etched Buddha illustration on the inside. Comes with a fabric mat and wooden striker to create the ringing tones which in turn are that clear negative energy and help create a state of deep meditation. To use, hold the bowl gently in the palm of your hand, hold the striker like a pen and strike the outside of the bowl. While the tone rings, lightly circle the striker around the outside of the bowl.  It takes a bit of practice, but keep at it, it will happen!
